• Medical
  • Comprehensive medical coverage is available for employees, their spouse/domestic partner, and dependents through three medical plan options provided by Cigna Healthcare.
    All plans cover in-network preventive care at 100%, prescription drugs, and include an annual limit on expenses.
• Health Savings Account (H.S.A.)
  • Employees electing to enroll in Cigna’s High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP), may contribute to an H.S.A. to save pre-tax money for current health expenses, future health expenses, or retirement.
• Telemedicine
  • ABGI provides employees with virtual health care through Lyric Health, at no cost to the employee – no fees, no co-pays, no deductible!
  • Employees receive quality medical care that fits their schedule, by connecting with a board-certified physician 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Dental
  • ABGI offers employees group Dental Insurance through Humana.
  • Employees receive in-network preventive care at 100% along with coverage for basic and major dental services.
• Vision
  • Vision coverage is offered to ABGI employees through Humana.
  • Employees receive an annual exam with coverage for lenses and frames, or contacts in lieu of glasses.
• Calm Mobile App
  • ABGI is proud to offer the Calm App, named “The World’s Happiest App”, to all of our North America employees and five of their family members.
• Fitness Facility
  • ABGI’s Houston based employees receive complimentary 24-hour access to the building’s fitness facility.

• 401K
  • After one full quarter with the company, employees are eligible to participate in ABGI’s 401(k) Plan. This savings plan provides employees the opportunity to invest in their retirement. Custodied by Lincoln Financial Group, employees have the freedom to choose how much to defer each pay period, whether to contribute to a Traditional and/or a Roth account, and how to allocate their funds among the investment choices offered by the plan. Additionally, ABGI offers a generous company match with Safe Harbor contributions that are fully vested on Day 1!

  • ABGI offers 10 paid holidays and two floating holidays each year, as well as additional designated work from home days around the holidays.

  • ABGI offers a competitive PTO package and vacation policies, based on level of role, with no blackout periods.
• Family & Personal Sick Days
  • To assist employees in maintaining their health and caring for loved ones, ABGI provides five sick days per year. These can be taken for personal, or for a family member’s, illness, injury, medical treatment or preventative care.

  • To recognize our employees’ special day, employees are given their birthday off to celebrate in a way that is meaningful to them.

• ABGI provides employees with additional insurance coverage, at no cost to the employee including:
  • Basic Life Insurance of $25,000
  • Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance which provides additional support if an employee passes away or is seriously injured due to an accident.
  • Short-Term Disability Insurance to replace part of an employee’s paycheck if they are unable to work for a short period of time.
  • Long-Term Disability Insurance which can provide lasting income protection if an employee remains unable to work.
• ABGI employees also have the option of purchasing supplemental insurance including:
  • Accident Insurance which helps employees manage the costs and stress of falls, sports injuries, or other unexpected accidents. A cash benefit is paid directly to the employee, regardless of whether it’s covered by medical insurance.
  • Critical Illness Insurance pays employees a cash benefit to help with expenses if an employee, or a covered family member, is diagnosed with a covered critical illness.
