Rhonda George serves as the Director of Human Resources at ABGi USA, bringing over 20 years of experience in building high-performance HR strategies across Fortune 500 corporations and fast-growing startups. In her role, Rhonda leads ABGi’s people operations, overseeing talent acquisition, leadership alignment, employee engagement, and scalable HR systems that support long-term growth.

Rhonda’s leadership philosophy is rooted in purpose and empowerment. Throughout her career, she has helped shape future-ready workplaces by designing inclusive talent strategies, launching award-winning onboarding and development programs, and fostering cultures where people thrive. She has guided executive leadership on strategic workforce planning and led key initiatives in performance management, HR technology, and organizational development.

Before joining ABGi, Rhonda held senior roles in banking, professional services, disaster recovery, and AI-driven business process outsourcing—helping companies respond to rapid change with agile, people-centered solutions. She is passionate about cultivating leadership from within and building elite teams that enhance both organizational performance and the customer experience.

She holds degrees in Psychology and Sociology, along with an Executive Life Coaching Certification—bringing a blend of emotional intelligence and strategic acumen that strengthens ABGi’s people-first culture and operational excellence.
