Tara Carapucci – Senior Manager, Marketing

 

Tara Carapucci serves as Senior Manager of Marketing at ABGi USA, where she leads the firm’s U.S. marketing function and is responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive pipeline growth, strengthen brand visibility, and support revenue objectives. As the head of marketing for the U.S. business, she serves as a strategic partner across the organization, aligning go-to-market initiatives with business priorities, supporting revenue growth, and driving measurable results.

 

Tara brings more than 15 years of experience leading growth-focused initiatives across B2B and professional services organizations, with a foundation in financial services. Prior to joining ABGi USA, Tara led the marketing function for a regional organization, where she built and scaled a centralized marketing operation, developed scalable marketing infrastructure, and aligned marketing strategy with broader business objectives across multiple markets. This experience provided a strong foundation for developing strategic programs and relationship-driven initiatives that address the unique needs of clients and partners across the United States.

 

Throughout her career, Tara has been recognized for building structured, scalable marketing functions that improve visibility, accountability, and collaboration across cross-functional teams. Her approach combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, with a focus on educating businesses across the United States on opportunities that support innovation, investment, and long-term growth.

 

Tara studied International Business at Pennsylvania State University.
