ABGi joined forces with Visiativ in 2018 to accelerate its global development. This was a strategic merger serving a singular ambition and positioning.
This merger allowed the ability to address all market segments: leveraging the strength of Visiativ’s territorial footprint and accelerating the deployment of our offering to Visiativ’s customers.
This allowed the launch of potential new technologies, using Visiativ’s technological skills to accelerate the digitization of our company and increase our value proposition, while promoting an entrepreneurial and long-term approach, to capitalize on Visiativ’s experience and knowledge in accelerating growth options and creating new business models.
In 2022, ABGi will continue to implement CATALYST, Visiativ’s strategic plan, related to with this new promise: Platform Innovation-Sharing is Growing.
